Invoice Components

  • 1: Current Amount Due restatement
  • 2: Account Number - use when contacting us
  • 3: Service Address where billing applies
  • 4: Invoice Date when bill was produced
  • 5: Return portion with payment
  • 6: Mail Address for correspondence
  • 7: Account summary restatement

  • a: Description of utility service
  • b: Meter or transmitter number
  • c: Current meter reading and measurement type
  • d: Prior meter reads from previous period
  • e: Total billable units (current minus prior)
  • f: Conversion: 1CCF = 748 gallons

  • 9: Billing Period dates
  • 10: Previous account balance
  • 11: Previous payments and adjustments
  • 12: Description of each line item
  • 13: Units used (gallons, therms, kWH)
  • 14: Rate per unit
  • 15: Total calculated amount per line
  • 16: Current charges total

  • 17: Invoice messages (payment services, seasonal info)
