1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Davidson Homes Company Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.
2. Employee Eligibility
The Davidson Homes Company Store is exclusively available to current employees of Davidson Homes and its affiliated companies. Access requires valid employee credentials provided by Davidson Homes. Your access may be revoked upon termination of employment.
3. Davidson Dollars Program
3.1 Allocation
Davidson Dollars are allocated to eligible employees as follows:
- 90-Day Milestone: $100 upon reaching 90 days of employment
- Annual Allocation: $200 each calendar year for eligible employees
- Reward Dollars: Variable amounts issued by managers for recognition
3.2 Expiration
90-day milestone and annual Davidson Dollars expire at the end of each calendar year (December 31st) and cannot be carried over. Reward Dollars issued by managers do not expire and remain available until used.
3.3 Non-Transferable
Davidson Dollars have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another employee, exchanged for cash, or refunded. They may only be used for purchases within the Davidson Homes Company Store.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Davidson Dollars (subject to available balance)
- Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- Purchase Orders (Administrative users only, subject to approval)
- Combination of Davidson Dollars and credit card
4.2 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Some items, particularly customized or personalized products, may require additional production time. You will receive email confirmation when your order ships.
4.3 Shipping
Items are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Standard shipping is provided for most orders. Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier. Tracking information will be provided via email when available.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of many products, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact store support within 30 days of receiving your order if you have any issues with your purchase. Defective or incorrectly shipped items will be replaced at no additional cost.
Note: Personalized or custom-printed items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error in production.
6. Product Availability
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All Davidson Homes logos, trademarks, and branded materials are the property of Davidson Homes. Products purchased through this store are for personal or business use in accordance with company policies. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of branded materials is prohibited.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
9. Limitation of Liability
Davidson Homes and The Target Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Company Store or any products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Company Store following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
