Getting Started

The Davidson Homes Company Store is exclusively available to current employees. Simply click "Sign In" and enter your employee credentials (Employee ID or email and password) to access the store.

New employees can access the store as soon as their employee account is created. You'll receive your first Davidson Dollars allocation ($100) after reaching your 90-day employment milestone. However, you can make purchases using a credit card at any time.

The Company Store offers a variety of Davidson Homes branded merchandise including:
  • Apparel (polos, jackets, hats, etc.)
  • Hard goods (drinkware, pens, bags)
  • Print materials (business cards, letterhead)
  • Model home materials and signage
  • Welcome door mats

Davidson Dollars

Davidson Dollars are a company-provided benefit that can be used to purchase merchandise from the Company Store. They work like store credit and can be used alone or combined with a credit card payment.

Davidson Dollars are allocated in three ways:
  • 90-Day Milestone: $100 upon reaching 90 days of employment
  • Annual Allocation: $200 each calendar year
  • Reward Dollars: Awarded by managers for recognition

Yes, most do. 90-day milestone and annual Davidson Dollars expire on December 31st of each year and cannot be carried over to the next year.

Exception: Reward Dollars issued by managers do not expire and remain available until used.

Davidson Dollars have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. If you return an item purchased with Davidson Dollars, the dollars will be credited back to your account (subject to our return policy).

After signing in, your current Davidson Dollars balance is displayed on your account dashboard and during checkout. You can also view your balance history to see all allocations and purchases.

Orders & Shipping

We accept the following payment methods:
  • Davidson Dollars
  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Combination of Davidson Dollars and credit card
  • Purchase Orders (Administrative users only)

Standard orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping carrier, but most orders arrive within 5-10 business days. Customized or personalized items may require additional production time.

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order status and tracking details in your Order History after signing in.

Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact store support within 30 days of receiving your order. Defective or incorrectly shipped items will be replaced at no cost.

Note: Personalized or custom-printed items cannot be returned unless there is a production defect.

Account & Password

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

Sign in to your account and go to "My Profile" to update your default shipping address. You can also enter a different shipping address during checkout for individual orders.

Upon separation from Davidson Homes, your Company Store access will be deactivated. Any remaining Davidson Dollars will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed or transferred. We recommend using your balance before your last day.
